Hello, everyone. This blog is specially dedicated to all coffee lovers. After a long day, a cup of coffee is all we need to feel better. I heard about this coffee while seeing the movie  THE BUCKET LIST . Being a coffee addict myself, I was intrigued when I first heard this and wanted to know why it was so well-known and expensive. So, in this blog, we'll delve into the world of Kopi Luwak . KOPI LUWAK: Kopi Luwak , world's most expensive coffee is actually made from poop of civet cat. It is also called as Civet Coffee. It is   made from coffee beans that are partially digested and then pooped out by the civet , a catlike creature. A cup of Kopi Luwak , as it’s known, can sell for as much as $80 in the United States.  Kopi Luwak is produced mainly on the Indonesian  islands of Sumatra , Java , Bali , Sulawesi , and in East Timor. Collectors gather the civet excretion, remove the beans, wash them well, and then air-dry them. Once the thin outer skin on the beans...

Money is always ultimate - Path to Financial Independence #4

MONEY MAKES MANY THINGS But, in my opinion, money controls almost everything. Money is something we constantly hear, use, and listen to. Almost everything we use is made of money, from the alarm clock we use to the brush, the paste, the soup, the mug, the bucket, the house, the food, and the car we use and soo on. When we are born, our parents ensure that they have enough money; as we grow older, we ensure that we earn enough money, and so the cycle continues. Though we are insistent that money is unimportant, we do, at the end of the day, require at least a tiny little bit of it to survive in this world. MONEY: Obviously we all know that money is a medium of exchange, a store of value and soo on. Is money, however, more important than this? Yes, money is linked with our emotions. Money makes us to do many things. Money is so important that it can drive someone to kill, rob, marry, make friends, and do everything, including things that aren't feasible. Nandi Hills - Let's Decode India #2

Nandi Hills is the topic of this week's Let's Decode India blog. To put it in simple terms, Nandi Hills is just a paradise on Earth. This is a location that should not be missed by everyone. Nandi Hills: Nandi Hills  is an ancient hill fortress built by  Ganga Dynasty and later enlarged and strengthened by Tipu Sultan in southern India, in the  Chikkaballapur district   of  Karnataka   state. It is 10 km from Chickballapur town and approximately 60 km from Bengaluru . The hills are near the town Nandi. In traditional belief, the hills are the origin of the Arkavathy river, Ponnaiyar River, Palar River, Papagni and Penna River. Why special? When I see a sky full of clouds, I always imagine and fantasize about what it would be like to be above them, looking down on them from above. When I learn about this place, it feels like a dream come true for me. And just thinking of seeing the sunrise there makes my heart skip a beat. As a result, I'm dying ...

Stock market Introduction - Path to Financial Independence #2

"It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go."                          - Jim Rohn Investment is the key towards Financial Independence. When we initially start earning money, our first thought will be about what to do with it. Okay, we'll have some costs, but what will we do with the excess cash? The questions that will cross our minds are whether we should keep that money in our bank account or invest it in a fixed deposit or buy assets. Investing in assets is a terrific method to put our money to good use. So what is an asset? As I have already said in my first (Path to Financial Independence) blog, Asset is something that gives us money. And Liability is something that takes money away from us. So where to invest? Some of the best ways of investing money are 1. Real Estate 2. Starting a business 3. Stock Market In this blog I will give some basic insig...

KANYAKUMARI - Let's Decode India #1

Why Kanyakumari is my first choice: "Kashmir to Kanyakumari" is a phrase we've heard a lot. Kanyakumari is at the southern tip of the Indian mainland. I'd like to begin with this location and end with Kashmir, which is at the very top. Not only that, but there's another compelling reason to begin with this location. Let's get started. What's special about Kanyakumari: Kanyakumari is a seaside location where we can see both sunrise and sunset. We can also observe both the sunset and the rising moon from the same beach. Is there anything more we require? What's not to miss: (Top 5) #1. Kanyakumari beach (Cape Comorin)  Kanyakumari sea is located at the confluence of the Indian ocean , Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal . It will be a pure bliss to stand at the edge of the country and look at this place where all the three oceans meet. An another great thing is that we can witness both the sunset and moonrise at a same time on a full moon day. #2. Thiruvallu...
