GAGANBAWDA - Let's Decode India #3

This week's Let's Decode India blog topic is Gaganbawada. I can sense the chill, the damp feeling that the place has since I first viewed this photo. So all I want to do now is talk about this location. GAGANBAWADA: Gaganbawada is a hill station located in the district of Kolhapur in Maharashtra. It is located 55km by road from Kolhapur. It is located in Sahyadri ranges (western ghats) at an altitude of 270ft. WHY SPECIAL? It is a very less explored but an extremely beautiful hill station.  Gaganbawada offers you most scenic views of mighty mountain ranges of Western Ghats. The misty mountains and lush green hills of Gaganbawada are treat to the eyes. It's serene and calm surroundings are real delight.  Gaganbawada has rich historical and mythological background. It also has a gift of diverse biodiversity. The flora and fauna in the forests around Gaganbawada will mesmerise any nature lover. What's not to miss: (Top 5) #1.  Karul Ghat  Karul Ghat descends towards Vai...

Nandi Hills - Let's Decode India #2

Nandi Hills is the topic of this week's Let's Decode India blog. To put it in simple terms, Nandi Hills is just a paradise on Earth. This is a location that should not be missed by everyone. Nandi Hills: Nandi Hills  is an ancient hill fortress built by  Ganga Dynasty and later enlarged and strengthened by Tipu Sultan in southern India, in the  Chikkaballapur district   of  Karnataka   state. It is 10 km from Chickballapur town and approximately 60 km from Bengaluru . The hills are near the town Nandi. In traditional belief, the hills are the origin of the Arkavathy river, Ponnaiyar River, Palar River, Papagni and Penna River. Why special? When I see a sky full of clouds, I always imagine and fantasize about what it would be like to be above them, looking down on them from above. When I learn about this place, it feels like a dream come true for me. And just thinking of seeing the sunrise there makes my heart skip a beat. As a result, I'm dying ...

KANYAKUMARI - Let's Decode India #1

Why Kanyakumari is my first choice: "Kashmir to Kanyakumari" is a phrase we've heard a lot. Kanyakumari is at the southern tip of the Indian mainland. I'd like to begin with this location and end with Kashmir, which is at the very top. Not only that, but there's another compelling reason to begin with this location. Let's get started. What's special about Kanyakumari: Kanyakumari is a seaside location where we can see both sunrise and sunset. We can also observe both the sunset and the rising moon from the same beach. Is there anything more we require? What's not to miss: (Top 5) #1. Kanyakumari beach (Cape Comorin)  Kanyakumari sea is located at the confluence of the Indian ocean , Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal . It will be a pure bliss to stand at the edge of the country and look at this place where all the three oceans meet. An another great thing is that we can witness both the sunset and moonrise at a same time on a full moon day. #2. Thiruvallu...

Let's Decode India

We've been cooped up in our homes for almost a year. I'm sure that everyone want to travel, whether for the holidays, for fun, or for any other reason. Even g etting out of the house has now become a fantastic experience. The only thing we can do now is rest and plan so that when we are released, we will be able to carry out our plans. Before visiting a location, we must first learn about its history, culture, people, music, and natural surroundings in order to fully appreciate the chill, air, people, music, and scenery. Let's decode India is a travel guide, mostly a blog, mainly to learn about the unique characteristics of each location in India. This blog mostly focuses on the local cuisine, sights, festivals, climate, and culture. And I'll let you know the best time to visit the place. I plan to write about every location in India. Let's decode India is also a blog which speaks the myths, mysteries, controversial topics, politics, culture, habits, history, future...
