Stock market Introduction - Path to Financial Independence #2

"It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind that determines which way we will go."                          - Jim Rohn Investment is the key towards Financial Independence. When we initially start earning money, our first thought will be about what to do with it. Okay, we'll have some costs, but what will we do with the excess cash? The questions that will cross our minds are whether we should keep that money in our bank account or invest it in a fixed deposit or buy assets. Investing in assets is a terrific method to put our money to good use. So what is an asset? As I have already said in my first (Path to Financial Independence) blog, Asset is something that gives us money. And Liability is something that takes money away from us. So where to invest? Some of the best ways of investing money are 1. Real Estate 2. Starting a business 3. Stock Market In this blog I will give some basic insights on stock market. What is stock market? We all know that a mar

KANYAKUMARI - Let's Decode India #1

Why Kanyakumari is my first choice: "Kashmir to Kanyakumari" is a phrase we've heard a lot. Kanyakumari is at the southern tip of the Indian mainland. I'd like to begin with this location and end with Kashmir, which is at the very top. Not only that, but there's another compelling reason to begin with this location. Let's get started. What's special about Kanyakumari: Kanyakumari is a seaside location where we can see both sunrise and sunset. We can also observe both the sunset and the rising moon from the same beach. Is there anything more we require? What's not to miss: (Top 5) #1. Kanyakumari beach (Cape Comorin)  Kanyakumari sea is located at the confluence of the Indian ocean , Arabian sea and Bay of Bengal . It will be a pure bliss to stand at the edge of the country and look at this place where all the three oceans meet. An another great thing is that we can witness both the sunset and moonrise at a same time on a full moon day. #2. Thiruvallu

Let's Decode India

We've been cooped up in our homes for almost a year. I'm sure that everyone want to travel, whether for the holidays, for fun, or for any other reason. Even g etting out of the house has now become a fantastic experience. The only thing we can do now is rest and plan so that when we are released, we will be able to carry out our plans. Before visiting a location, we must first learn about its history, culture, people, music, and natural surroundings in order to fully appreciate the chill, air, people, music, and scenery. Let's decode India is a travel guide, mostly a blog, mainly to learn about the unique characteristics of each location in India. This blog mostly focuses on the local cuisine, sights, festivals, climate, and culture. And I'll let you know the best time to visit the place. I plan to write about every location in India. Let's decode India is also a blog which speaks the myths, mysteries, controversial topics, politics, culture, habits, history, future

F.R.I.E.N.D.S

It's F.R.I.E.N.D.S week We're all looking forward to the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. reunion. Before that, I'd like to share this.  Before I started watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S., I was always perplexed as to why a show from the early 1990s is still grabbing everyone's heart. I thought I'd never be interested in watching this series. This one, on the other hand, proved me entirely wrong. I'm confident that I'll never see anything like this from a show again. The feel of the show is just 💓💓💓. Joey and Chandler: I really cannot explain their friendship in words, I really can't. However, whenever we see them, we immediately smile. Underneath that smile, there is a mountain of memories. Ross and Rachel: Despite the ups and downs in their relationship (status), their love was always deep, pure, and genuine. Chandler and Monica: Best friends -> Couple (Self-Explanatory) Joey and Phoebe: I loved the relationship they had between them. There weren't many grand gestures

Covid 19

COVID 19 has been haunting us around for over a year. We initially assumed it was just a little issue that would pass quickly.  Today, however, the situation is different. The majority of things are out of our control, and we are receiving awful news every minute and seeing innocent people struggle everywhere. Most of us are getting emotionally disturbed and worried because we have never faced something like this before. There are a lot of things going through our heads right now. First and foremost, we are more concerned about our family than we are about ourselves. We make an effort to keep them safe and cautious. Then we're worried about our jobs, our friends, not going outside, our future, our lives, and so on. We feel that the days of planning something new and exploring are far gone. We see the same people every day and spend the majority of our time alone. Then there's the fact that we're worrying about Covid patients all over the world, individuals we don't ev

Path to Financial Independence #1 - Should we buy a house or not

As I mentioned in my previous blog (Life), all we need to live a happy life is food, clothing, and shelter. When it comes to shelter, how you handle it is really important. Will we purchase a house, rent a property, or live with our parents? What would be our next goal once we have more money and are married? This blog will provide you with information on what you should do before making a crucial decision. Our mentality Most of us want our own home because it makes us feel special or because our neighbors already have one. The majority of us believe that owning a home provides more stability and is a valuable asset  because we don't have to follow any rules, we don't have to pay rent, we can do whatever we want on the walls, and so on.  When the property is ours, there are no limitations. Let's put our emotions aside for a moment and consider our financial situation. (This is primarily for persons whose sole source of income is their salary.) This is how the scenario goes:

My view on Language, Culture

LANGUAGE TAMIL is my mother tongue. I am quite happy to call myself a Tamilian. But in this blog, I'm not going to talk about a specific language; instead, I'd want to convey my general thoughts. As we all know, language is a medium through which one can express one's feelings, emotions, knowledge, and so on. For each individual, their mother tongue (primarily) or the language mastered with enthusiasm since childhood is more valuable and comfortable. I respect all languages, because the beauty of a language is only recognized by those who use it. My Personal experience (When I was in Hyderabad) When I was in a place where I couldn't use Tamil, I missed it. I learned about the significance of language and its impact on us. Of course, we can express ourselves in English, but let me present it to you this way. In general, our thoughts will be in our mother tongue, regardless of the language we use. Agreed. When we visit a place for a short time, speaking another language m
